No, I don’t think I’m going to fall off my rowing machine and drown. The 10kg vest is in support of the Top Blokes foundation to ‘lift the load for mental health.’ I’m also training for the upcoming Row for a Cure early October. Another cause close to my heart.

Always up for a win/win/win situation.
Doing more to get fitter and what showed up for me was an opportunity to help another of my local community members.
On our local community notice boards was a dog walking opportunity. I don’t need the money but that extra bit helps, especially with current fuel prices.
Anyway, win for me to get more exercise. Win for my neighbour, as it helps her out, and a win for dogs as they get exercise and a trip outside.

Seagulls are smarter than I thought. Yesterday, whilst enjoying a picnic on the beach, a seagull stole a piece of our food platter. The piece was a fig.
The fig was too hard for him to ‘crack’ open in the sand. He then did something I could not believe. With the fig in his beak, he flew to the water to soften the fig. Problem solving at its roots!
