Training this Sunday!!

Let’s get down and get a good hit out in what is looking to be elite weather.

Out in the middle let’s have a big turnout. This will be followed by a 30 min working bee to help move some equipment from the back storage rooms into a shipping container for the works that are about to happen. The more hands on deck the better.

Tuesday, Thursday Senior training is back starting tomorrow night.

Be sure to get down from 5pm for training back at Queens Park. With the season just around the corner it’s time to ramp up our preparations.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM.

We are happy to announce we are hosting a school holiday program this upcoming school holidays.

Hosted by Tom Handasyde and a few other senior players including club coach Dan Ferguson. This will be a great chance to get the kids out of the house, socialising in a fun environment and learning some cricket skills at the same time. It is also great for existing players to get some last minute coaching before a big season ahead!

On Tuesday 29th we will have the younger kids from 7-12. The day will start off with some games and training, with lunch to be provided by the club in the middle and then a full game on the oval to finish off the session.

Then on Wednesday 30th we will have the 12-16 year olds which will involve some more specialised coaching and a more formal game afterwards.

Both days should be great fun and the kids will get a lot out of it!!

Please get registered to help us gauge player numbers for juniors, seniors and blasters. Thanks to those already registered

Season Start Dates:

U10 & U12 - Friday 9th October

Junior Girls Team - Sunday 4th October

U14 & U16 - Saturday 3rd October

Senior Teams - Saturday 3rd October

Blasters Program (Ages 5 to 12)

Ages: 5-12:

Fees: $109. This fee is payable upon Registration in order to get the player pack. HCC receives $33 from this membership that will go towards participant BBQ's at the end of each session

Details: Blasters is a program to introduce young kids into cricket. There will be 9 sessions run at Queens Park, Healesville. Kids receive a Big Bash membership and Blasters cricket pack upon joining.

Dates: Every Thursday 4.30pm to 5.30pm from Nov 12th to Dec 10th & Feb 4th to 25th

Super Sevens / Fast Fives - As per last season we will have an internal Wednesday night competition tailored for kids unable to play competitive U10 and U12 cricket on Friday nights. Juniors in our U10 and U12 teams are also welcome to participate. This will start in November 2026 - further details on how to register will be communicated in October.

U10 Boys / U12 Boys / Junior Girls Team - Saturday 12th & 19th of September 12pm at Queens Park

U14 Players - Saturday 12th & 19th of September 10am at Queens Park.



Mid week training will commence in the week before our first games (times and days to be confirmed by team coaches once players have been allocated into teams)
