Menopause meal plan!
Most women will have googled it, asked about it, was told about it by the next influencer.
What you dont want to hear, is that there isnt a perfect Menopause plan.
Every woman will experience Menopause different, their symptoms, duration and the implications on their health, energy, body and future plans
So no there isnt a perfect plan, but there is a foundational approach to your nutrition that is essential to improving and maintaining your health, energy and body as you navigate Menopause.
There are certain things that are a must:
1. Protein intake
2. Fibre intake
3. Wholefoods
4. Reduce inflammatory foods/drinks (personal)
5. Calorie deficit (if fat loss is a goal) otherwise, focus on appropriate intake
Most women haven't managed all 5 of these yet, and their desperate, so they want a perfect plan.
But like most things, it doesn't exist.
Just a foundation, a lifestyle and a priority.
And thats what ALL women need.
