Pivotel is an Australian-owned communications company specialising in reliable voice, data and satellite communication solutions. Our focus is on helping regional communities stay connected through mobile, internet and satellite services designed specifically for the unique needs of rural and remote Australia.
As part of our ongoing commitment to regional Australia, we are currently running a Community Connectivity Survey aimed at gaining a better understanding of the internet and communication challenges people are experiencing across rural and remote towns. The survey will help us identify common issues such as slow internet speeds, unreliable connections, blackspots and access limitations, while also giving communities an opportunity to share their experiences and priorities.
The information collected will help us build a clearer understanding of the communication needs and challenges facing regional Australians. We will use these insights to better tailor our products, services and customer support to the needs of rural and remote communities, while also helping inform our engagement with industry and government stakeholders.
To encourage participation and give back to local communities, Pivotel will be donating $5 for every completed survey to a local community or sporting group nominated by the participant. We wanted this initiative to not only help us better understand connectivity challenges but also directly support the organisations that play such an important role in rural communities.
The SSAA Hay Branch has been selected as one of the community groups we would like to support through this initiative.
This is where we would greatly appreciate your support. If possible, we would love for you to help share the survey through your social media pages, newsletters, website or broader community networks. Reaching as many people as possible will help us gather valuable insights from communities right across regional Australia while also maximising the donations being contributed back into local groups like yours.
I have attached artwork that is ready to upload or share directly across your social channels and platforms to make the process as easy as possible. The survey link is also included below for convenience:
https://www.pivotel.com.au/regional-market-survey
We are aiming to collect survey responses by 30 June 2026, so any assistance in sharing the survey with your members and broader community before then would be greatly appreciated.
Please note:
• Pivotel will donate $5 for every completed survey submission
• Participants must complete the survey in full to be eligible
• Only one survey response per person will be counted towards donations and survey results
• Donations will be made directly to your group, and we will contact you to arrange the preferred banking details for the transfer
• Survey responses may be used by Pivotel to better understand regional connectivity needs and help shape future products, services and initiatives that support rural and remote Australians
We believe strong communication services play an important role in supporting rural and remote communities, and with the support of organisations like yours, we can continue learning more about the challenges communities face and how we can better support them.
If you have any questions or would like any additional information about Pivotel or the survey, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'd be more than happy to have a chat.
