Over 27 years, Woody led our team in Australia, and then in London after making the move across in the lead-up to the 2012 Olympics.
 
An Olympic medallist in the pool with unmatched passion and a wealth of talent management experience in the Olympic and swimming space, there's no one better placed to take up this exciting role back home.
