Our programming, which is aligned to Recreational Gymnastics Australia curriculum, is designed to create a fun interactive learning pathway to help your child progress from a beginner, who’s figuring out how everything works, to an in

termediate or advanced gymnast. All while developing essential physical and behavioural skills, and a life-long passion for leading a healthy happy life that encompasses sport and recreation. If your child is aged 2–5, mid-year can be a great time to start gymnastics. It gives them time to settle in, build confidence, and learn the basics before the end-of-year rush.

Our early years programs are designed to support this age with fun, structured activities that build coordination, balance, body awareness and listening skills in a safe and supportive environment.

For parents, starting mid-year often feels easier too. You can test it out, find the right class, and build a routine that fits your week without the pressure of a full-year commitment.
