That’s a wrap for 2024, it’s been a big year.

Congratulations to Cameron O’Brien on his promotion to 2nd Dan Black Belt in October.

My time as the Instructor for Tea Gardens has come to an end, I will be floating around.

Moving forward I wish everyone the best and I would like to thank my fellow Instructors, Black Belts, students and their families for an amazing year and their support over the last 11 years.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and safe and Happy New Year.

GM Frost invites all students to attend a weekend of fun and training! This year's camp will be held at the Stroud Showground, from 23rd-25th August.
