A little get to know me 🥹🩷

I spend so much time sharing training, clients and everything Coached by Kels, so I thought it was about time I properly introduced the girl behind it all 🫶🏼

I’m so grateful for what Coached by Kels has become, but even more grateful for all the amazing people it has brought into my life. Every client, every session, every little win means more to me than you probably realise🩷

High protein blueberry muffins 🫐🧁

I made 12 muffins using:

🫐 240g egg whites
🫐 480g Greek yoghurt
🫐 35g pure maple syrup
🫐 160g plain flour
🫐 120g vanilla protein powder
🫐 160g frozen blueberries

Mix everything together, divide into your muffin tray & bake at 180°C for around 18–22 mins 🤍

Approx per muffin:
155 cals | 13g protein | 17g carbs | 4g fat
