The combination of infrared heat, magnesium-rich pool water and nature creates a deeply restorative wellness experience designed to support relaxation, circulation, muscle recovery and a calmer nervous system.

A day to reconnect with the little one within — to breathe, release, play, feel and remember the simple joy of being alive. 💛

Beautiful people, beautiful moments and deep transformation with breathwork, meditation, sound healing,,shedding what no longer serves us in the fire, nourishing lunch and connection with like-minded souls.
