Every day is different 👊

One day you’re learning a new skill. The next you’re building strength. The next you’re working on your fitness, balance, coordination or endurance.

That’s one of the things we love most about CrossFit.

The constantly varied approach means you’re not doing the same workout on repeat week after week. It keeps training interesting, challenges you in different ways and helps develop a broad range of fitness.

It also means there’s always something new to learn, improve on or celebrate.

Some days you’ll lift heavy.
Some days you’ll move fast.
Some days you’ll learn a skill you’ve never done before.

And somewhere along the way, you’ll probably surprise yourself with what you’re capable of, which you definitely will 👊🧡

Murph 2026
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

More than just a workout. Murph is a hero WOD completed to honour the sacrifice of Lieutenant Michael Murphy and all those who have served. It signifies courage, sacrifice and pushing through when things get hard.

Plenty of hard work, plenty of grit and a whole lot of people digging in and getting it done together.

Big effort from everyone who showed up and took it on today 👏 Lots of firsts and a few PBs along the way.
