Member Services Specialist - Harrisdale Reception (Casual)

We’re looking for warm, energetic team members who take pride in delivering standout member experiences on every shift.

Ideal candidates will bring:
• Exceptional customer service skills - perfect for those coming from fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Sales confidence - you enjoy engaging with people and providing helpful solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, member-focused approach with a commitment to high standards.

Availability requirements:
Monday to Thursday - 4pm – 8pm
Friday 3pm – 7pm
Weekend availability for a rotating Saturday and Sunday morning roster.

🩵Farewell and thank you, Mary🩵

The time has come that Mary has completed her studies and is now stepping into her next chapter as a teacher. As she farewells Sista Fitness, we couldn’t be more proud of her!

We are so grateful for her character and expertise at Sista Fitness, regularly being the benchmark of reception management and member interactions. This is reflected in her frequent Delivering the Difference nominations and winning Member Services Team Member of the year in 2023. 

Mary has been such a kind and genuine soul within our community, making a lasting impact on both our team and members at Harrisdale since the very beginning. She truly leaves behind a legacy of exceptional service and will be dearly missed by everyone.

While we’ll miss her so much, we’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead. Your classroom is so lucky to have you, those kiddos have no idea just how special you are ✨
