I feel like this is exactly what way more Mums need to hear right now… (and number 2 is my favourite 👀)
but first hi, i’m Tahlia and I work with women who don’t have the time (or energy) to constantly think about making the “right” choices… so we stop relying on that altogether
here’s what I want you to know:
• you don’t need more discipline
• you don’t need to think about food all day
• you just need a few simple rules that make busy days easier
because life is already full
you don’t need weight loss taking up more space in your head
so here are a few of mine:
• I don’t drink Monday to Thursday
it saves calories, it’s better for my energy, and honestly… I just don’t miss it during the week
• I always drink 500ml of water before I have my coffee
it’s such an easy way to wake up my body and it just sets the tone for the day
• I don’t allow myself to sit on the couch and watch Netflix until I’m eating dinner.
• I meal prep my lunch Monday to Thursday
I keep it under 30 minutes and repeat the same thing
30g+ protein, plenty of veg, a carb on the side (usually rice)
nothing fancy
just one meal that I pop in the microwave and I don’t have to think about.
The less you have to decide…the easier this becomes 🤌
