I feel like this is exactly what way more Mums need to hear right now… (and number 2 is my favourite 👀)

but first hi, i’m Tahlia and I work with women who don’t have the time (or energy) to constantly think about making the “right” choices… so we stop relying on that altogether

here’s what I want you to know:

• you don’t need more discipline
• you don’t need to think about food all day
• you just need a few simple rules that make busy days easier

because life is already full
you don’t need weight loss taking up more space in your head

so here are a few of mine:

• I don’t drink Monday to Thursday
it saves calories, it’s better for my energy, and honestly… I just don’t miss it during the week

• I always drink 500ml of water before I have my coffee
it’s such an easy way to wake up my body and it just sets the tone for the day

• I don’t allow myself to sit on the couch and watch Netflix until I’m eating dinner.

• I meal prep my lunch Monday to Thursday
I keep it under 30 minutes and repeat the same thing
30g+ protein, plenty of veg, a carb on the side (usually rice)

nothing fancy
just one meal that I pop in the microwave and I don’t have to think about.

The less you have to decide…the easier this becomes 🤌

This is what I mean when I say it doesn’t have to feel HARD

Not because it’s easy, but because it finally fits and just makes sense.

When things fit your life chaos and all, you stop overthinking, you stop starting over and you just… keep going. And it’s in the keep going that the magic happens. Thats what takes 16kg to 30kg!!!!

Oh and you absolutely should still get to enjoy your life 🥂.

Imagine having something you could actually stick to
so you don’t have to second guess yourself
and you start feeling like you again

I hear this all the time.

“I just don’t care how I look anymore.”
“It’s not a priority.”
“I’m too busy with the kids.”
“I’ll worry about it later.”

And every time…
I kind of pause for a second.

Because I don’t actually think that’s the full truth.

I think what you mean is…

life feels a bit insane right now.
Kids, work, everyone needing something from you 24/7…

and somewhere along the way
you just… slipped to the bottom of your own list.

And after a while,
it feels easier to say “I don’t care”

than to admit
“I actually don’t feel like myself right now.”

And that’s a hard thing to say out loud.

Not because it’s dramatic…
but because it’s honest.

Because it’s not that you don’t care.

It’s that you’re tired.
A bit over it.
And the version of weight loss you have in your head?

It just feels like too much.

Gym every day
Cooking separate meals
Giving up everything you enjoy

Like… yeah.
Of course you don’t want that.

No one does.

But that’s also not what this has to look like.

You can want to feel good in your body again
and still have a full, busy life.

Those two things can exist together.
