🦅🏉 Harden–Boorowa Bush Hawks U14s Girls Tackle 🏉🦅
What a finish to a fantastic day for our U14s girls! ❤️💙
The girls started the day strongly, winning two of their three games and heading into the Grand Final in second place.
Facing Young, who had gotten the better of them earlier in the day, the Bush Hawks were determined to show what they were made of. At full-time, the teams were locked at 8–8, sending the game into Golden Point!
The first five minutes brought plenty of intensity, but neither side could break through. Then, during the second five-minute period, the Bush Hawks crossed for the winning try, securing an incredibly exciting Grand Final victory! 🏆👏
Both teams should be extremely proud of the skill, determination and sportsmanship they displayed. It was a fantastic game of girls tackle and a brilliant way to finish the day.
We already can’t wait to do it all again at next year’s Girls Tackle Gala Day in Harden! 🦅❤️💙🏉

What a fantastic day for our Under 12s girls! ❤️💙
Playing in their first-ever Girls Tackle Gala Day, the girls took to the field for three great games and represented the Harden–Boorowa Bush Hawks with pride. Their teamwork, determination and wonderful sportsmanship were on display all day, and they should be extremely proud of themselves.
A special congratulations to Josie Brown who was selected as the team’s medallion recipient.
Well done, girls — an amazing first Girls Tackle Gala Day and hopefully the first of many! 🏉🦅
