At Harcourt Farming Co-op, we farm using organic and regenerative principles, and were certified organic from 2008 until mid-2025. In the past, certification helped us access certain markets, but now that all our marketing is direct to consumer, we no longer need that formal label. We keep things transparent by sharing our Holistic Management Plan, building strong connections with our customers and community, and welcoming questions about how we farm.

Sellar Dairy doesn’t have any extra milk this week but will have a few litres of yoghurt - so get in quick if you’re after some! This is due to a combination of some cows drying off ready to calve, early winter where the cows are spending more energy keeping warm and also being in different stages in lactation. This will change soon, as Willow has just calved and we welcome the gorgeous Oz (pictured) to the farm!

have juice! Their delicious apple and pear juice (from their organically grown fruit) is available frozen to keep it fresh, but will defrost quickly when you get it home. This week they also have the last of the cooking plums, lovely Packham pears, and sweet, crunchy Pink Lady apples!

Sellar Dairy doesn’t have any extra milk this week but will have 10 litres of yoghurt - so get in quick if you’re after some! This is due to a combination of some cows drying off ready to calve, early winter where the cows are spending more energy keeping warm and also being in different stages in lactation.

It’s Juice Day for ! Their delicious and unique apple and pear juice will be back at market this week, along with yummy, crunchy apples, pears that will ripen to delicious sweetness on your bench, and the last of the cooking plums.

are drawing towards the end of the season, but due to it being such a late season, still have a great mix of apples, pears, and the last of the plums. And coming soon - their very own delicious juice!

Sellar Dairy will have very little milk and yoghurt to sell this week and for a little while to come. This is due to a combination of some cows drying off ready to calve, entering winter where the cows are spending more energy keeping warm and also being in different stages in lactation.

have lots of plums this week which are still great for preserving and cooking, as well as some crisp Angelino to enjoy fresh. They also have their crunchy pink lady apples - both firsts and seconds, and Packham’s Triumph pears which are just starting to ripen nicely, taking about a week on the bench to achieve perfect ripeness.

have had one of the best (and latest) blood plum seasons ever and it’s almost over - but not quite! This week and next are your last chance to get fantastic, juicy, dark red plum 2nds, still perfect for bottling, jam, and drying. They still have three varieties of plums available! New season’s pink lady apples are crisp and delicious, and the packham pears are on the verge of ripening into sweet, delicious, yellow pears on your bench.

will have a range of apples, pears, quince and plums, including the Angelino. Angelino Plums are a late season Japanese plum with very dark skin, sweet yellow flesh and a small stone. They are quite firm, and have a lovely balance of sweetness and tartness.

They also have Autumn Giant cooking plums available for bulk orders before 10am Wednesday, otherwise they’ll have plenty at market to purchase.

are celebrating the long awaited return of the Buerre Bosc, a very handsome looking pear, and very versatile - great poached, served with cheese or as a fresh piece of fruit. They’ll also have Angelino plums, Quinces and Granny Smith apples as well as other fresh seasonal fruits.

This week have more fresh fruit, including their lush Ruby Blood plums, they’re dark red inside and out and very juicy. They also have Gala and Snow apples and some lovely Prune d’Agen ideal for drying with very enjoyable fresh if you have a sweet tooth, as well as many other seasonal favourites.

A run-out special this week on incredible Amber Jewel plums, just $6kg until they’re gone (and there’s not many left!) These large, pink, Amber-fleshed plums almost glow with lushness - sweet and juicy inside, and freestone, which makes them super versatile for bottling, plum cakes, or other delicious plum treats!

This week have begun picking their Snow apples, named for their sweet, vibrant white flesh, they are a small red and green apple with a relatively tart but delicious flavour. They’ll also have some more Cox apples, and will be bringing along some seconds of the Bramley heritage cooking apples as well as a range of seasonal plums and pears.
