🐠🐡🐟 A great effort today from the HLSC nippers at the Mentone Girls Grammar winter pool competition! 🌤️🌳✨ Thank you, Holly, for representing Hampton at the Life Saving Victoria U18 Leadership Development Camp last weekend!

Holly's takeaway, "My experience was so good and fun -- I really enjoyed the camp, meeting new people and getting to know a lot more about lifesaving pathways. I learnt how to be a leader and it helped me with my confidence, because I didn't know anyone at the start and I got to know so much about so many people by the end."

💡 Recognising that Holly was the same age as some of the leaders, LSV created a hybrid role as participant/shadow leader to support her interest in youth leadership. A great way to put the theme "Strengthening Future Lifesaving Leaders" into action! Great work by Sheila Langley and Jess Woodward.

📣 Members: All HLSC youth are invited to take part in these programs, so watch your email and Team App and raise your hand (or your kid's hand) when they come up.
