For over 15 years The Pilates Company has helped to empower, educate, and inspire all people through the life changing work that is Pilates. Founders Chris & Marena are both 3rd Generation teachers from the Joseph Pilates and Romana Kryzanowska lineage after receiving their Pilates training through the prestigious ‘Real Pilates Teacher Training Program’ in New York City under the keen eye of Pilat

es Guru Alycea Ungaro. Chris & Marena have both Classical and Contemporary Pilates Certifications. Chris & Marena are also Pilates educators and have written a Government accredited Certificate IV in Pilates as well as presenting at fitness conferences on the topic of Pilates. They are the only Australians to have been invited to present on Pilates at the largest fitness conferences in the world, IDEA World Convention in Los Angeles, USA. The Pilates Company offers small group Reformer classes with a maximum of 4 clients per session, as well as Private and Duet sessions working on every piece of Pilates equipment.
