Most tradies don’t have a workload problem. They have a pricing problem.

A lot of tradies build their pricing from an old spreadsheet they got from a boss, a mate, or something they found years ago and never updated.

It might’ve worked when you were on the tools by yourself. But once you’ve got overheads, wages, vehicles, admin, insurance etc...

You can’t price off someone else’s numbers anymore. You need to know YOUR numbers.

Because if you don’t understand what your business actually costs to run… You’re guessing.
