We have a little friend who is obsessed with exercising with her Mum… Several months ago I gave her our Tee as we found a few left in a box. She of course would need to grow into it 💛🖤

Having been in lockdown for 4mths I was able to see my littlest client rocking her fitness gear today.

🛹BUILD A SKATEBOARD WORKSHOP FOR YOUTHS.

Central Coast Council are holding free skateboard building workshop at Gravity Youth Centre Lake Haven Centre

The program runs over six-weeks. The kids will be guided on how to build a skateboard and create their own artwork for a new custom deck that they'll get to keep!

Once the skateboards are built, participants will take part in a free skills development workshop with their partners Slam Factory to test-run their new boards and develop their riding skills.

Please note that participants must be available to attend workshops on the following dates:
Gravity Youth Centre, Forrow Dr Lake Haven

• 11 November 2020, 3-4pm
• 18 November 2020, 3-4pm
• 25 November 2020, 3-4pm
• 2 December 2020, 3-4pm

• 9 December 2020
This workshop is open to young people aged 12 to 18 years who live within Lake Haven, Charmhaven, Kanwal and Gorokan areas.
Spaces are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
