Think you've got what it takes?

Join us on July 12 for HILAC's Indoor Triathlon and see how far you can go!

Race against the clock as you accumulate distance across:
🏊 Swimming
🚴 Cycling
🏃 Running

Your final score is based on your total accumulated distance across all three disciplines in timed intervals. So every lap, pedal stroke and stride counts!

Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, compete with friends or tackle the event as a team, there's a category for everyone:

👤 Individual Events - $20 per individual
• 12–14 years (5 min intervals)
• 15–17 years (7.5 min intervals)
• 18+ years (10 minute intervals)

👥 Team Relay Event - $30 per team
Grab two friends or family members and take on the challenge together! (12+, 7.5 min intervals)

🏆 Prizes to be won
🔥 Bragging rights up for grabs
💪 Fun for all fitness levels
