I’m a former ballet dancer. I trained for nearly 17 years before I decided I wanted to help young dancers avoid the situations I wish I had known how to prevent.
During my training years I experienced an extreme lack of strength and conditioning knowledge which resulted in many easily preventable injuries.
I am now certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach who has made it my mission to help dancers navigate all the misinformation fed to them about strength training and nutrition so that they can accelerate their progress and optimise their performance.
I have the background experience as well as knowledge and education to help dancers feel stronger and better prepared for those important moments such as exams, competitions and auditions.
I use unique strength and conditioning based programs created specifically for dancers to help improve their posture, alignment and help them create a stronger, healthier body while reducing their risk of injury.
