He’s got a spirit and attitude you rarely see. Always supportive of everyone around him, always encouraging his mates to get into training, and once they’re here, he’s helping them, teaching them, and pushing them along.
He brings a good vibe to the gym every time he walks in.

On top of that, he’s consistent, trains hard, and keeps smashing his own goals.
We wanted to recognise that, so we gave him a little pre-workout to pump up a few more sessions with the boys.
