Elite Keeping Academy will help players to maximize their potential by giving players a competitive edge by promoting:
* Good Visual Skills
* Body Reaction Time
* Brain to Body Coordination

Our Mission
* To improve visual performance
* To improve strength and speed

These improvements from these performance training drills in:
* Eye movement skills
* Focussing skills
* Peripheral visual awareness
* Depth perception
* Coordination
* Anticipation and visual perceptual skills
