Today didn’t go the way we hoped, but what these girls have achieved this season is something they should be incredibly proud of.

To make it to a Grand Final after everything they’ve faced — the injuries, the challenges, the setbacks — and to keep fighting, supporting each other and believing right until the final whistle… that is what being a Rooster is all about. 🐓

The result may not be what we wanted, but one game does not define this team or their season. They have shown courage, resilience, heart and an incredible amount of team spirit.

To our players — hold your heads high. You have made your club, your coaches, your families and everyone who supported you so incredibly proud. ❤️

A huge thank you to our amazing coaches, managers, parents, families and supporters who have been behind these girls every step of the way. Your support means more than you know.

These memories, friendships and lessons from this season will last far beyond the scoreboard.

Behind every player running onto the field is a team of incredible people making it all possible.

To all our parents, guardians and families, thank you! 🙌🏽 Thank you for the early mornings, the busy afternoons, the training runs, the game-day transport, the cheering from the sidelines and everything in between.

Without your support, the girls simply wouldn’t be at training or games — and they wouldn’t have the opportunity to learn, grow, make friends and create memories together. ❤️

And to our coaches, managers, volunteers and staff, thank you for the countless hours, commitment, patience and passion you give to our players and our club. You’re the ones behind the scenes making sure our kids can take the field, pull on the jersey and be part of something bigger.

It truly takes a village, and here at freo, all are so grateful for every single person who plays a part. 🫶

Our players may be the ones out there playing, but this is a team effort all the way.

💰Costs Club Fee: $100 + TFA/TFWA Affiliation Fees: $60 per player (paid once per financial year via MySideline). Inclusive of programme and end of season activity.

What these girls have achieved this season is something our whole club can be incredibly proud of. They’ve faced adversity, overcome injuries, supported each other through the tough moments and continued to believe — and now they’ve earned their place on the biggest stage. ❤️

But they can’t do it alone.

This is where we come together as a club. 🐓

We want to see the Roosters family out in force, filling Dorrian Gardens with red, white and blue, cheering every run, every tackle and every moment.
