The final yoga class before a winter break will be held on Saturday at 9:30 am at Pomonal Community Hall.

We will then head over to Tasmania 🥰 for our winter solstice retreat, followed by a rest for me. Look forward to seeing you there. No need to book, just come along. $20 casual class.

A little Yoga Update 🤍

Saturday 930am classes will continue for the next 6 weeks, with our final class on 13 June.

After that, Yoga will be taking a winter pause while I head away to Tasmania to host a very special Yoga Retreat (: I’d love to see you on the mat over the coming weeks as we move into the cooler season together. Bookings www.yogainnature.com.au
