Aussie Built Fitness provides expert-led strength and movement coaching for adults who want to train properly, confidently, and for the long term.

Hi Team,

Cooloola Fitness as a physical gym closed late last year, and most of you already know that.

What hasn’t stopped is my work as a coach.

Over time, my focus has shifted further toward technique-first strength training, movement quality, and helping people train confidently despite past injuries or limitations, on-line.

That work now sits under Aussie Built Fitness (ABF).
