Titans consists of slightly longer sets than Tabata and combines both weights and cardio to really get a full body burn.

From mums to muscle men and everyone in between...GCG Elite caters for all levels of fitness. With a combination of HIIT and strength sessions, our new program has been innovated to achieve and exceed all expectations of group training as you know it.

TITANS – Full body HIIT

Designed to get your heart pumping and sculpt toned Titan bodies, this session will have you burning all over the battlefield. Incorporating a combination of body weight and plyometric movements to develop your explosive power, TITANS full body functional style training uses a combination of …..

SPARTANS – Strength and Conditioning

Are you brave enough to face our SPARTANS Strength session? Designed with a combination of resistance and weight loaded functional movements, you will be ready for battle….but lucky if able to walk out the door! Focusing on technique and control, SPARTANS will provide a full body conditioning session in just 45minutes!

TABATA- All Body Challenge

Are you looking to add a high-intensity training program to your routine? Work your entire body and improve endurance and speed! Tabata is a high intensity training program that’s not for the faint hearted. With 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds rest repeated for 4 minutes at each station you will be sure to burn crazy calories and feel amazing when you leave. These sessions are self-paced meaning you can push yourself as little or as much as you like and our qualified trainers are there to help you every step of the way.
