Cooloola Coast Kart Club is an affiliated associate member of Karting Australia Ltd
The Cooloola "Gympie Gold Race Track" was opened on the 12th November 2006. Since this time we have made many improvements to the facility and continue to do so as finances permit. Cooloola Coast Kart Club is a non profit organisation and is run by a very dedicated group of volunteer club members and continues to do so on that basis. Our circuit is 890 metres long by 8 metres wide and is approved by Karting Australia Ltd to conduct race events in both directions. The circuit features 10 corners, differing from fast to slow sections with both negative and positive camber. The track is unusual in that it is undulating, a feature that is not found in European karting cirtcuits. Track Inspections occur every year by an appointed Inspector and circuit inspections are conduced prior to each event by race day officials. There are a number of events that the Cooloola Coast Kart Club hosts throughout the year, our race calendar and race information is available on this site and we welcome visitors to our events and there is no admission fee for the general public. Feel free to browse the site as we build it up to ensure that you are well informed of our karting competitions and club activities.

💥CCKC Club Members - this Saturday is for you!

Be the first to experience our recently resurfaced Gympie Gold track in the reverse direction 🙌🏻 We reckon it’s been close to 8 years since anyone has driven the track anti clockwise so word on the street is we’re in for a cracker of a day and we want our members to try it first 🫵🏼

🗓️ This Saturday 12/9
⏰ 9am-4pm
🔓 Gates open 8am
🌭 Sausage sizzle lunch provided - meet some new friends, have a chat, get involved in our karting community.

New members welcome and encouraged. If you have your KA drivers license, we promise to get you out on the track and if you don’t have your kart sorted yet, come anyway! We would love to meet you 🤝

🦺 Parents please remember to bring your own orange hi vis vest.

Don’t forget to register for the social karting day via your KOMP account. If Saturday will be your first ever time on track, we encourage you to register by Friday lunch time in case you experience any glitches as it’s way easier to sort it out Friday afternoon during business hours than Saturday morning.
