I always like to pop on here and say hi about this time every year 😊.
This time of year comes with many people wanting to set goals for themselves. There’s literally millions of influencers out there atm trying to persuade you that there program will work for you, that there diet will work for you.
My advice… delete them!!
Be kind to yourself and get rid of those pages that don’t make you feel great, those pages that remind you you need to start now, or tomorrow. That make you feel like s**t every time you open up your phone. That look too perfect.
Don’t do it to yourself.
Be kind to yourself.
I know you all ask what gym you should join up to too!!
My advice, pop in to them all. Do your research walk in, say hi, see how they make you feel. If you don’t feel great, walk out. See if you can get a free trial and ask how they can help you.
My gym is wonderful!! It’s full of people of all shapes and sizes, young and old, advanced and just getting going. It’s a real community and I love it! (Feel free to message me if you’re interested in this wonderful place).
Anyway just a gentle reminder to be kind to yourself. You’re worth it
