This unique combination of tennis & functional fitness is a great way to increase your tennis skills & build strength in the same session! Our coaches are qualified to teach both tennis & fitness, and sessions are designed so that both beginner & advanced tennis players, as well as athletes and those new to exercise can all benefit! With tennis specific footwork & fitness drills, hitting & rallying, as well a strength workout it's a jam packed hour of fun!! Private & group sessions available.
