I know how confusing nutrition can feel.

For most busy women, the answer is much simpler.

Focus on building balanced meals with:
• Protein
• Healthy fats
• Carbohydrates
• Fruit and/or vegetables

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to track every gram.

Start by making one balanced meal at a time and let consistency do the heavy lifting. 💛
