HYROX Affiliated and recognised as the 2023 AusActive Australian Functional Training Gym of the Year Maryanne Perkins brings 20 years’ experience in the Fitness Industry, having worked in some of Sydney’s most reputable gyms before relocating to Gunnedah. Her specialty aprea has always been in developing athleticism. Since then she has kept her professional development updated, has worked as a Per

sonal Trainer, and has been involved in the Fitness and athletics coaching of many sporting teams and State/National level athletes. Apart from her many Fitness Leading and PT qualifications, Maryanne is also a National Level III athletics coach and an Intermediate Netball Coach. Maryanne has a keen interest in mental health and the positive effect of exercise, mindfulness and gratitude on stress reduction.

Congrats to all our athletes at north West cross country champs yesterday in Coolah 💪 special mention to Miley Mitchell who placed 3rd and is through to NSW All schools in Sydney in July 🙌
