We had a amazin trainin this mornin a wonderful mixed group of gorgeous kids our youngest member hasn't been walkin long, she had a amazing energy and brought a smile to everyone with her 200% effort to do everythang mum and her brothers could do so well done!!!! As for the gals from the Gunnedah High, U gals Rock U ave got it watch out Gunnedah !!! lol thanks Courtney for organising the group of you to come and if anyone needs a amazin swimmin teacher for their kids Courtney is the one to see @ the local Gunnedah Pool, ring up for more info ! :) ok have a fabulous day and thanks again everyone for your support cant wait until tomorrow mornin ill bring my energy and warmest smile and lookin 4ward to getting to know u all better, if u ave a chance please post any comments bout today if u ave time, thanks see you guys tomorra @ Arthur Heath Park 9am cu then :)

just wanna say a huuuuuuuuuge hi to all my new likers your support is amazin!!! :) after the school holls the Womens Empowerment classes will b startin on 18th April Ken Green Park Gunnedah, with all kids welcome to come with their mums and join in on the fun only $15.00 for the hr 3.30pm-4.30pm
on thurs arvos the wkout will b loads of fun guranteed with Zoomba, Kick boxin, Disco dancin, Pilates and live music from musos every now and then as a extra surprize, also plenty of freebies :) so pls tell yr friends and fam, thanks again for your support and have a Fantastic Energised Week, Go the Sunshine :)

Hey Guys cummon down to the Arthur Heath Park from this Tues 16th April Kids Rock Fitness Class is betw 9am and finishes bout 10am loads of laughs and fun uno it is a kids fitness class but everyones welcome to join in even mums, dads, grandma's all welcome 0- 100 :) only $5.00 bucks covers 1 hr fun, high energy wkout : Kickboxin, Zoomba, Disco Dancin, Pilates and Cardio CU their :) & pls tell yr friends and fam :)
