Amazing night on the mats last night 🙂 we were lucky enough to have Marc Grayson in town again to teach class. Marc taught the class some awesome finishes from front headlock position. And he taught me how much I suck at jiu jitsu 🙂 we’re all very grateful for his time and learned a tonne. 🤙🤙

A little bit of what’s been happening lately 🙂

Classes have been packed. So much so we have now moved into a larger room, we’re now located underneath black and blue boxing in the show ground 🥷🥷.

And scott went to an amazing seminar and jiu jitsu fan boyed for a day.

Hey everyone,

Marcello is away for a few weeks. So you know what they say, when the gi cat is away, the no gi mice come out to play.
So no gi only training until further notice.
