Well worth Aussies getting out of bed for. The Saudi $ are doing wonders for combat sports and, whatever you think of the fighters, the heavyweight landscape should be clearer after this.

Would’ve liked to have seen Jai higher on the billing but being on this card is great for him.

Coastal rest doesn’t mean there’s no time to watch good fights. Morrell v Agbeko was one-sided. Was clear very early in R1 that Morrell’s power was damaging even through Agbeko’s guard.

Morrell is a star. Be interesting to see if Canelo wants to take him on next.

Been a big 12 months in this year. Working with a great bunch of clients who understand that repetition is key in this sport. Their repeated habits become the way they act without thinking and that’s where we’ve seen real progression.

Refereeing has gone to another level and the planned future is to get good at the national level and take the next step into international when the time is right. I’ve had some great mentors to get me this far.

Got up this morning for this one and what a ripper. Great to see a world class fight between 2 Poms as well. Both sharp, conditioned and ready to go.

Must admit the end was a shock as I had Warrington ahead but hey, judges weren’t needed

Padworks is now ready to resume training. Boxing padwork is a fantastic and intense workout that can be done in your garage, backyard or local oval.

You don’t need to have any experience or skills, we teach them to you. On top of the hitting part we throw in a warm up, cool down and some cardio In between. In 30 mins you’re done.

Introductory price of $20 for your first session. If you love it (which we know you will) it’s $50/session after that. Remember……we come to you.
