Some great scooter and BMX moves on the park today. Unfortunately the surface just wasn't up to Skateboard scratch but we will catch them next round.
A big shout out to local competitor Denver Blundell who took out first place and the Gold medal in the under 10s Scooter round against some very talented competition.
A huge thanks to Al’s Skate Co and to the sponsors of this fantastic regional series.
Also to the competitors, many of whom had travelled long distances to compete, that really turned it on for the crowd.
Thanks also to Gundagai Youth Council for the very popular air brush tattoos!

It's been touch and go, and we want to thank the participants for their patience and help getting the park dry. We are hoping to run the comp in a few minutes after we test the surface one last time!

Big Day Today!
The gang from Totem Skate Boarding will be here for a demo and a jam with all our local skaters and scooters kids.
Starts at 1.00pm and is the last event for Youth Week.

We have a plan! thanks to all those that came along to the Skatepark Art workshop for Youth Week NSW Next holidays hopefully we will get a start implementing the plan. Can't wait to see the Big Cheese come to life!

The new bins look pretty awesome! First public recycling bins in Gundy, don't forget everyone Red is Rubbish and Yellow is recycling - so plastic, paper, cans, glass. The bins also has a cigarette butt bin as you should not be smoking at the skatepark this gives you a safe and litter free way to put your smoke out!
