💛🤎 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY 🤎💛

Today we celebrate all the incredible dads, stepdads, grandads, dads-to-be and father figures who make up our Hawks family.

The dads who coach from the sidelines, run the water, tie the shoelaces, wash the muddy gear, drive to training, volunteer their time and somehow always have a little bit more advice to give from over the fence. 😂💛

But we also know today can be a difficult one.

To those missing their dad, grieving a child, longing to become a dad, or carrying memories of someone who should be standing beside them today our Hawks family is thinking of you.

Football and netball might bring us together, but it’s the people beside us who make this club a family.

To every kind of dad and every father figure in our brown and gold family thank you for showing up, standing behind us and always being in our corner.

This is what all those cold trainings, sore bodies, muddy boots and “just one more beer” recoveries have been for. 😂💛🤎

This Saturday our boys pull on the brown and gold for one last dance and they’ll carry an entire club with them.

For the teammates beside them, the families on the boundary, the volunteers behind the scenes and every little Hawk dreaming of wearing that jumper one day.
