4wd events are returning to Guildford and have hired the Guildford recreation reserve area (Saddle club) as there ‘Base’ camp, over the Melbourne cup long weekend.
Please note that there may be increased traffic and noise along turner and reserve street.
As there is no power at the reserve, there will be intermittent use of a generator, adhering to EPA Guidelines. Please see the link to the event.
4wd events Australia have been using Guildford as a base camp for numerous years now and intend to continue to do so in the future. We appreciate their support and hope that there event is a success.

A huge thank you to Brock from Brock's Earthworx for your support towards the recreation reserve area.

Brock assists with our arena maintenance to ensure our riding surfaces don’t become too compacted and helps us to gain the upper hand in w**d management.

Being able to offer 3 safe horse riding areas and a round yard for our permanent user group: the Guildford saddle club and hirees of the facility, is something we are most proud of.

We are extremely grateful and appreciate your continued support!

•Saturday 28th, Sunday 29th - Castlemaine Western horse group

November:
•Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th, Monday 6th - Private hire
•Saturday 11th, Sunday 12th - Castlemaine Western horse group
•Saturday 25th, Sunday 26th - Guildford Saddle Club Rally Weekend

November/December:
•Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th, Saturday 2nd, Sunday 3rd, Monday 4th, Tuesday 5th - Goodhorsemanship Ross Jacobs Clinic
•Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th - Castlemaine Western horse group

The facilities are available for hire for groups or small/large events, or for casual use.
