The Grovedale Football Club was originally formed in 1908, however it underwent several changes over the decades as the district changed shape, the club competed as Marshall/Grovedale in the Geelong and District Football League until 1967, when it became the Grovedale Football Club. Until 1973, the club used the Recreation Reserve in Reserve Road Grovedale as their home ground, before moving to th

Currently the club provides an opportunity for young men & women of the community to participate in competitive football & netball whilst also encouraging strong ethics of teamwork, mateship and equality.
