This class was actually created after a few of our clients asked for more focused flexibility and recovery work — so here it is 🙌
Our Flexibility & Recovery class is designed to help you move better, loosen tight muscles and feel a whole lot better in your body.
This isn’t about being “bendy” — it’s about getting your body working the way it should again.
Perfect if you:
• train regularly and feel tight
• sit a lot and feel stiff
• want to move more freely without aches and restrictions
Small group class (max 5), so you’ll get plenty of guidance and support.
Wednesdays at 10:30am
