14/03/2026
Heads up, Kangaroos! Starting this Monday, 16/03/2026, we are transitioning to our official season training schedule.
Please take a moment to review the attached posters for your specific age group and team. We’ve included the Junior, International, and Senior schedules, along with the field map so everyone knows exactly where to head when they arrive at the grounds.
Setting the Standard for 2026
As we move into this next phase of the season, we want to ensure the North Lakes Kangaroos culture is strong across every age group:
Reliability & Communication: If you can’t make a session, please let your coach or manager know early. It helps our coaches plan the best possible sessions for the team.
Supervision & Safety: * U6 to U12: Parents must remain on the sidelines for the duration of the training session.
International Teams: Parents must ensure they are easily contactable while their child is at training.
Positive Energy: Bring a great attitude to every drill. We work hard, support our teammates, and keep the vibes positive.
Respect Our Home: We take pride in our club. Everyone helps pack up equipment, ensuring everything is returned to the correct place where it came from. Please leave the facilities clean and offer a helping hand to our volunteers.
🤝 Join the Team Behind the Team!
Our club runs on the strength of our volunteers. If you’d like to give back and be a part of the Kangaroo family, we have many roles available and can always find a place for you to help out!
Ways you can help:
League Safe & Trainers
Touch Judges
Cooking a snag or two on the BBQ 🌭
General help around the grounds on game days
There are many other roles, so if you want to help, please reach out—we’re sure there’s a role we can find for you.
