Boot Camp in Greystanes
Before we opened our gym, we established ourselves as the local bootcamp experts in Greystanes and over time, grew our modest bootcamp from only 10 people to over 200 currently and over the years have worked with thousands of men and women from all walks of life. Our Boot Camp classes are run in the mornings and evenings, starting as early as 6am with the last session starting at 6.45pm. Our bootcamp workouts run for 45 minutes per session and vary between Strength and Conditioning sessions, full body circuits, HIIT training, Boxing, Cardiovascular Endurance programs and Core Stability training just to name a few. All of our Greystanes Bootcamp workouts are beginner friendly and can be tailored to up to advanced levels. Majority of newcomers are inexperienced, unfit and are looking for a place where they can feel comfortable to train at their own pace, be motivated and reach their fitness goals, and that's what we specialise in. We also offer Lady's Only Bootcamps at 9am Monday to Friday as well as child minding services to help support our busy mum's while they work towards their fitness goals. We work predominately with weight loss clients and offer nutrition consulting as part of our Personal Training service so all bases are covered. Kids Bootcamp
If you are looking to get your child off their Ipad and moving more, our kids boot camp classes will make that happen! At the beginning of each school term, we offer a 10 week program for kids aged 5 - 12 years old. Our sessions typically run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4.30pm for 30 minutes at a time. Sessions involve child specific strength and conditioning, circuit training, cardio drills, coordination activities, boxing and more! Our goal is to not only get your child(ren) in tip top shape, but we are also trying to promote healthy lifestyle habits while they are young and malleable. It's also a great opportunity for them to improve their social skills and also learn safe, lifting technique as they grow into teenagers and will eventually embark on their own gym journey. Teenage Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp for Teens is the perfect program to introducing them into the exciting world of fitness and is designed to challenge them both physically and mentally to bring the best out of them. Our sessions are 40 minutes in duration and run every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 5pm. Our Teen Bootcamp workouts involve strength and conditioning, cardio drills, boxing, full body circuits and strength training; all designed to get them in the best shape of their lives and also teach them correct and safe lifting technique for when they may choose to train independently or with their friends and you won't have to worry about them injuring themselves. We also offer Personal Training for Teenagers for parent's who require a more individualised focus for their teen.
