Startlists for August 30th!
9am - A hammer, B hammer, C shot
9.45am- A shot, B discus, C discus
10.45am- A discus, B shot, C hammer

Please be there AT LEAST 30mins before first event to check in, weigh in implements and warm up.

Singlets MUST be worn

$10 cash entry fee

Bbq and drinks available

PLEASE ensure your nominated helper is present and available to help. Everyone nominates a helper yet we continually have to beg for help. If we are unable to get enough helpers events may not go ahead or field sizes reduced.

A few reminders for tomorrow

Every athlete has nominated a helper- please ensure they are there and willing to assist in at least one event. We have had a lot of problems getting help and the same parents get stuck doing all 3
Events.
