Skywalkers A vs UBS

We started our winter 6th division match against UBS team,

UBS team batted first and managed to score 112, all the skywalker bowlers bowled really well, kept it very tight and as a result rewarded with wickets at regular intervals, we never let them build partnerships, both ground fielding and catching was outstanding yesterday, 2 direct hits sent their quality batsman packing out and some good catches means, they only managed to score 112.

Ok, that's not a happy ending yet, low scores are always tricky to chase, we lost our top order cheaply inside first 9 overs, credit to their new ball bowlers. We were reduced 5-24 in 9 overs, Vijay and Ravi started rebuilding the innings, just when the things are looking good, Vijay has to start walking towards the pavilion as a result of mix up while running 2 runs, but we bat deep, Ramesh walked in and had a crucial partnership with Ravi, carefully mixing caution with aggression, just when we were cruising to victory, another twist in tail, Ramesh got out stumped, in walks in Vignesh and scored some imp runs, got out when just 20 more required. Ravi ensured that skywalkers chase down the rest of the runs and emerge victorious.
