Little Ninjas smashing there 2nd Tip Testing today!

Congratulations to all the kids and adults who passed there 2nd tip testing this week 😁

3rd Tip testing will be running during normal karate classes from Monday 15th June to Saturday 20th June!

Grading forms are now AVAILABLE, don’t forget to hand them in asap in order to grade for your next rank in kickboxing, karate and JiuJitsu ‼️

Our amazing instructors Sensei Chloe and Miss Christie have not only made it to base camp at Mt Everest but completed the Mt Everest Half Marathon (21.1km)!!

Everyone at IMC Gregory Hills is so proud and in awe of this Incredible achievement and the months of training you have dedicated towards this goal. 🤍

One of our kids kickboxing students Darnell will be donating his hair at the end of the month! 😁

Darnell has been growing his hair out for past 2 years with the goal of getting it long enough to donate it to Variety Children’s Charity so it can be made into a wig for a child who has lost there hair due to medical conditions.

Darnell has also raised over $2000 for this charity and everyone here at IMC Gregory Hills is so proud of him!

TOPIC OF THE WEEK - Manners

At IMC Gregory Hills in our little ninjas program we do Mat chats during our classes that focus on different topics that are beneficial for kids to know & learn.

These include:
- Road safety
- Good hygiene
- Manners
- Stranger danger
- Who to call when in an emergency
- What is bullying
- Socialising and ways to make friends
- Things you can do that doesn’t involve electronics.
