Group Training is about so much more than getting fit or losing weight.
Sure, the physical results are great and at times, life changing. But for many people, that’s only a small part of why they keep showing up.
For mums, it can be 50 minutes that are completely theirs. A chance to step away from the endless demands of everyday life, recharge, and focus on themselves without feeling guilty.
For dads, it might be the opportunity to connect with other like-minded people, chat sport, share a laugh, and be part of a community outside of work and family commitments.
For others, it’s the friendships, accountability, confidence, routine, stress relief, and feeling like they belong somewhere.
At BFT Gledswood Hills, we’re proud to be more than just a gym. We’re a community that supports each other through life’s highs and lows, celebrates wins together, and makes training something you actually look forward to.
The fitness is the bonus.
