Class time changes for Wednesdays (6am now 6:15am and 7am now 7:15am) plus a new 5:15am class added!Friday 10:30am is now a Reformer Foundation class.

Changes start from Friday February 7th 2025 🩷

+ 2 Week Trial - 24 hour booking window. Effective Monday 29th of January 2024.
+ Strike Policy: No-Shows & Late Cancellations
+ New Classes
+ 2 New Reformer Beds!
