Our new downstairs neighbours joined us for a sweat! 💪🔥

Yesterday morning we had Dario & April from DR Fit Physiotherapy jump into class with us at KX Gregory Hills — and they absolutely smashed it! 👏

It was so lovely having you both in the studio and officially welcoming our new friends from downstairs into the Gregory Hills community 🙌🏽

A huge congratulations to Zara on reaching an incredible 250 classes at KX Gregory Hills! 🤍

From starting her KX journey with her best friend back in March 2023 to now hitting 250 classes, we’ve loved having Zara as part of our KX community and watching her continue to show up, move and grow stronger. 💪✨

Here’s what Zara had to say about her KX journey:

“I started my KX journey back in March of 2023 with my best friend. I was genuinely so excited to try Pilates and to try something new, although I was of course a little nervous. I remember feeling so welcomed into the space and enjoyed the classes more than any other fitness activity I’ve ever tried.

I still love going to KX and could never try another Pilates place again! All of the instructors are so warm and genuinely are there to help and support you every single time. I always feel 100 times better after a KX class and am so excited to continue my journey here 🤍”
