Golden Heights Calisthenics Club GHCC is a nonprofit calisthenics club located in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide. All routines are taught by level 1 coaches.

Our Inters took to the stage at the CASA State Championships and did us incredibly proud.

We are so proud of each and every one of the girls and the confidence, determination and teamwork they showed on stage. It was wonderful to see all of their hard work throughout the season come together.

🌟 Outstanding results for our Seniors! 🌟

Our Seniors took to the stage at the CASA State Championships and delivered a fantastic performance!

We are incredibly proud of this wonderful group and the commitment, determination and teamwork they have shown throughout the season. They have worked so hard, supported one another and represented our club beautifully both on and off the stage.

A huge congratulations and thank you to Coach Alyssa, who has had the unique role of not only coaching the team, but also taking to the stage alongside them as a teammate. Her leadership, dedication and commitment to the team throughout the season has been incredible.

A special thank you also to Assistant Coach Nicole for all of her hard work, support and encouragement throughout the year. Your contribution to the team is very much appreciated. ✨

🌟 Outstanding results for our Juniors!🌟

Our Juniors took to the stage at the CASA State Championships and delivered an incredible performance, finishing Equal 1st Place Aggregate!🩷🏆

What makes this achievement even more special is that they also placed Equal 1st at the Windsor Competition earlier in the season. What a fantastic year for this amazing group of girls! ✨

We are so proud of the confidence, determination and teamwork they have shown throughout the season. Their hard work has truly paid off!

A huge congratulations and thank you to Coach Alyssa and Assistant Coach Kirsty for all of their hard work, dedication and support of the girls throughout the year. 🩷
