Body weight & 1 dumbbell workout you may like to try!
This was my workout today, took me just under 30 minutes. Be sure to include a 5 minute warm up of some light walking (which can be a walk around the block or up and down the backyard) followed by some dynamic stretches.
Complete the following pairs of exercises- all 3 sets before moving to your next pair-
Set 1 = 10 reps
Set 2 = 12 reps
Set 3 = 15 reps
Pair 1:
Push ups & Forward lunge each leg then squat.
Pair 2:
DB front raise & single DB shoulder press each arm.
Pair 3:
Bent over DB single row each arm & alternating shoulder taps (complete a tap each side = 1 Rep). Finisher 🔥🔥🔥
50 squat jumps or squats followed by 1 minute squat hold - 1 set only.
