My man .henderson_ results in his first 5 weeks working with SmashFit.
When first starting, James’ initial goal was to prioritise fat loss first. So we did exactly that.
Over 5 weeks, he has already managed to drop 4.5kg.
To lose 4.5kg in 5 weeks, is a great effort, however what makes this most impressive, is the fact that we used sustainable measures to do so. James didn’t need to starve himself, nor did he need to eat grass salads every day.
Here’s how he did it;
✅Followed a nutrition protocol that worked around his lifestyle
✅Enjoyed the entire process
✅Put in the daily reps
✅Train hard & smart
✅Reached out for support whenever an obstacle came up
✅Understands this as a long-term plan, not a quick fix.
It’s that damn simple
❌You don’t need to follow restrictive diet plans that you don’t enjoy.
❌If you don’t enjoy it, you’re not going to sustain it in the long run.
Find a system that works for you, one that you can enjoy & stick to.
This is only the start for James & I’ve got a good feeling that I’ll be continually posting his progress, however it’s been awesome to see the results show early,
